4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all data, files, text, and other content you upload or enter into the Platform ('User Content').
• By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Platform's services to you.
• All original content, designs, features, and source code of the Platform are the exclusive property of StudOps and its licensors.

5. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. You can delete your account and data at any time from the settings.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• The Platform is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind.
• In no event shall StudOps, its administrators, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
