What we collect

• Your email address and the username/name you choose during signup.
• Academic data you enter: subjects, assignments, notes, grades, timetable, calendar events.
• Files you upload (documents, images) and messages you post in study rooms.
• Basic usage data needed to make features work (e.g., streaks, XP, activity history).

How your data is stored

• Account credentials are handled by a managed authentication provider; passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Your academic content lives in a managed cloud database, protected by row-level access rules so only you (and people you share with) can read it.
• Uploaded files are kept in encrypted cloud object storage. Downloads always pass an authorization check — file links are not public.

AI features

• When you use AI helpers (syllabus extraction, summaries, the assistant chat), the text or files you submit are sent to external AI services solely to generate your response.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.
• Assistant conversations are stored in your account so they sync across your devices; you can delete them anytime from the AI Assistant page.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.
• We run no third-party ad trackers or analytics scripts.
• We do not post anywhere on your behalf.

Moderation & admin visibility

• Content reports and bug reports submitted through the app are visible to system administrators inside a dedicated administration console.
• Administrators can review reported content to keep the platform safe and resolve issues you report.
• Administrators cannot browse your private notes, grades, or files — those remain accessible only to you unless you explicitly share them.

Deleting your data

• You can delete individual items (notes, chats, files) at any time from within the app.
• Full account deletion removes your profile and associated data from our database and storage.
